Cindy Hart is the Director of Online Programs at West Virginia University. Cindy has extensive experience in distance education as an, administrator, instructor and consultant. She is responsible for oversight of 23 programs and 9 certificates. Cindy earned an M.A.Technology Education at WVU.
John Oughton, Teaching Assistant Professor, West Virginia University
Dr. John Oughton holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a master's degree in Special Education, a master's degree in Secondary Education, and a doctoral degree in Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis on Instructional Technology. He has worked in many roles within the education field.
A process that was developed to address difficulties with getting online courses prepared and submitted for QM review will be presented. The components and the effectiveness of the process will be specifically addressed.
