Anne Marie Hodges serves as Web Development Manager for course production of online Graduate Programs for Chamberlain College of Nursing. She is the institution's QM Coordinator supporting faculty/administration with implementation of the Quality Matter initiative. She has worked in higher education since 2006, and involved in QM initiatives since 2009.
Himani Trivedi, Manager, Instructional Designer, DeVry Education Group
Himani Trivedi serves as the Manager of Instructional Design department at DeVry Education Group. She has a creative team of Instructional Designers working with her to bring innovations in the courses! Himani also teaches online for DeVry University. She has been involved in the QM initiative since 2013.
The audience will learn that it takes a TEAM to implement a QM initiative. This presentation will describe an implementation plan, highlight data showing the progress of success, and identify best practices and challenges involved in implementing QM in a nursing program. The presentation will showcase resources that encourage colleague engagement. Reflections from various colleagues (including an administrator, a faculty member, and an instructional designer) will be included. Goody bags will be available to the participants.
