Adjusting the assignment to be culturally responsive is like putting on a pair of cultural glasses, and adding agency, reflection, and collaboration to the assignment is like taking jumps in the transforming process. This presentation will demonstrate how to transform a regular assignment into an active learning experience by adding agency, reflection, collaboration, and cultural awareness.
