Johanna manages the U.S. Olympic Committee's Direct Marketing program and develops revenue generating strategies through web, email, mobile, and social media channels to spread the reach of the Olympic Movement and prepare the nation's Olympic and Paralympic Teams for the Games.

Prior to working with the U.S. Olympic Committee, Johanna was with the anti-trafficking non-profit, Polaris Project, for five years. Her background includes robust strategy planning with: social media, email marketing, list growth, web SEO/SEM, fundraising and advocacy campaigns and digital marketing.
