Adam Swaim is Director of Estate Planning at the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), where he has worked since 2013. In this role, Adam coordinates a multi-channel planned giving marketing and stewardship plan to grow HRC's legacy society, qualified leads and planned giving revenue. Adam works closely with donors and their advisers to structure planned gifts to HRC and handles all aspects of gift administration.
Prior to HRC, Adam spent seven years in private legal practice in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and his practice focused exclusively on estate planning and estate and trust administration. Adam received his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 2005 and earned a Certificate in Estate Planning from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2012.
