As Manager of Marketing and Public Relations for Baylor Health Care System Foundation, Jennifer is responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy to clearly outline key messages and identify opportunities to reach a targeted audience through multiple communication channels. This includes the Foundation's award-winning newsletter, the torch, the direct mail program and the messaging and marketing strategy behind key fundraising initiatives and the Foundation's first comprehensive campaign, Campaign 2015. Under Jennifer's direction, the Foundation's marketing and public relations efforts continue to receive accolades from discerning donors as well as from national award agencies such as MarCom.
Jennifer has wide experience in public and media relations, event coordination and polling research. In addition, she has experience in developing messages, scripts, and ad concepts for print and television ad campaigns. Since graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in Communication Studies, Jennifer has utilized her expertise in communications and strategic messaging while serving political campaigns, corporate, and non‐profit organizations including: Californians for Schwarzeneggar, Public Opinion Strategies LLC in Virginia, Freedom's Watch in Washington D.C., and John McCain 2008 to name a few. Prior to joining Baylor Health Care System Foundation, she served as Manager of Media and Community Relations at Bickel & Brewer in Dallas, where she was responsible for the development and strategic direction of the firm's interactive and print marketing, provided direct support in the development of media strategy for firm clients, and assisted with marketing and public relations outreach for the firm and a wide range of charitable programs for the firm's nonprofit foundation.
