This dynamic, interactive session is designed to help you take your established mid-level program to the next level. We will use two on-the-ground case studies from People from the Ethical Treatment of Animals and Ocean Conservancy to show how you can breathe new life into your existing mid-level program and increase revenue, improve retention and inspire upgrades. We will show you how to transition a mid-level program built upon direct mail into the new multi-channel environment. We will share success and failures with you along with plenty of real world experiences and provide you a template for how both Ocean Conservancy and PETA achieved double digit growth from their already established programs over the past year. So come and enjoy this hand's on session, including a deep dive into strategy, offer development, segmentation and targeting, all while highlighting innovative creative and cultivation techniques.
