Eric Hill, Senior Instructional Designer, Daemen College
Eric Hill is an experienced Instructional Designer with over 17 years of course design and development experience in secondary and higher education. Formerly, he held the position of Instructional Coordinator at Queen’s Grant High School (Matthews, NC) where he spearheaded a two-year, school-wide blended learning initiative prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. He is a certified QM Coordinator and serves as a member of the Quality in Online Education Committee and Innovative Academic Initiative Working Group at Daemen College. He holds an M.Ed in International Education from Framingham State University, a Master Certificate in Instructional Systems Design from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and BS in Secondary Education from Kutzown University of Pennsylvania. Eric’s professional mission is to champion course design that is equitable, engaging, and flexible.
