Keynote: The Feeling of Balance
Balance is a feeling which each of us has the ability to create, regardless of external demands. A life comes into balance when we can identify, acknowledge, manage, and align our feelings, beliefs, and values. In fact, "balance" is an outcome.

Just as proper course design yields positive student outcomes, so too do behaviors yield positive work/life balance. Sharon will present an overview of why the balance tips, suggest ways in which to overcome obstacles, and begin to lay the groundwork for participants to craft their personal plan for creating a balanced life.

Engaging and inspiring, "Feeling of Balance" should lead to a journey of action and positive outcomes!
