Patti Brown is an Instructional Designer at Stark State College. She is a Master Reviewer, Course Review Manager, QM Coordinator, and a member of the Instructional Designers Association. Patti has conducted several official Quality Matters reviews and over fifty internal Quality Matters reviews using the QM4design worksheet she created. Since taking over the role of QM Coordinator at Stark State in 2019, the college has four QM certified courses and one more going through the review process.
