Sister Kathleen Lunsmann, IHM, President, SOAR! Supporting Our Aging Religious
As president of SOAR!, Sister Kathleen leads, manages and establishes a clear vision and direction for the organization and its staff.
Sister Kathleen has been with SOAR! since 2010. Prior to this, she served as the director of development of her own congregation, the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
Sister Kathleen earned a master’s in public administration from the Wagner School of Public Service at New York University and has been involved in the ministry of fundraising for more than 20 years.
Originally from New Jersey, Sister Kathleen enjoys everything about living in Washington, DC except the traffic.
 
Lisa Quist, Chief Development Officer, Edmundite Missions
 
Lisa is the Chief Development Officer at the Edmundite Missions. She holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership & Organizational Development. She possesses more than 15 years of experience in leading philanthropic teams and integrated fundraising strategies.
 
Vila-Sheree Watson, Deputy Director of Philanthropic Initiatives, Lutheran World Relief
 
Vila-Sheree is currently the Deputy Director of Philanthropic Initiatives at Corus International serving the Lutheran World Relief brand, an organization that tackles global poverty by helping people adapt to the challenges that threaten their livelihoods and well-being. Vila-Sheree brings more than 25 years of experience to fundraising and marketing. She has worked in several international NGOs, which has afforded her the opportunity to travel and serve those around the world in developing countries.

An award-winning graphic designer, Vila-Sheree brings a rare blend of creativity and analytical skills. She has also received awards for innovation and pioneered leading-edge marketing and fundraising strategies for multiple for-profit and nonprofit organizations.

“Being raised in the Bay Area in California greatly informs my thinking. Human rights is an essential part of my value system. The through line in my life is helping others and impacting people positively.” In her spare time, Vila-Sheree is the national president of a national sorority and a talented home cook.
