Organizations with successful monthly giving programs found themselves in a unique position at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. While there was some initial concern about retention of these valuable monthly donors, there was also a sense of relief knowing that there would be a steady and reliable stream of revenue at a time when many organizations were starting to panic about what could lie ahead if the influx of one-time donations dropped. What is truly astonishing is that, not only did these monthly giving programs provide stability, but some were set up to THRIVE at this critical time. And the positive impact of that growth will be felt by these organizations long after we've settled into a new post-pandemic normal. This session will feature case studies from organizations who experienced that success, including not only what they did pre- pandemic that set their programs up for the incredible surge in monthly giving that they experienced in 2020, but also how they're continuing to evolve these programs in today's environment.
