You are rightly concerned with making sure every interaction with mid and major donors is special and personal. But sometimes that means you may end up under-communicating with these very important donors. Kathy will show you how to communicate in poignant and powerful ways with your biggest donors. She will share many examples from other nonprofits including major donor letters, leadership calls, case statements, proposals and more! She'll also discuss with you how to work with leadership and program staff to get the 'inside' information you need to communicate with your best donors.
