10:30 AM - 11:30 AM: Breakout 4
Direct mail is still an incredibly productive channel, and while metrics of success are changing, the ability to raise money, increase branding, and drive donor value through this channel is still viable if not critical - even with donors who join your organization online! Using a recent case study of a new but rapidly growing nonprofit, White Coat Waste Project, we explore how an organization that has been tremendously successful at building an online donor file has effectively pivoted to invest in direct mail fundraising. This session will share details on how launching direct mail AFTER a successful digital program was well worth it for White Coat Waste Project and speak to the enduring efficacy of direct mail as a fundraising channel.
