When an organization has a strong culture of philanthropy, all staff and volunteers recognize the impact of philanthropy on the mission, understand their role in advancing philanthropy, and are willing to play that role. What does it take to reach this ideal state?
In this session, a panel of presenters will walk through best practices for building a culture of philanthropy. They will share success stories from the field, highlighting examples that span sector and organizational size. From making space for philanthropy on the senior leadership team to discussing philanthropy at board and staff meetings and training stakeholders, attendees will explore a series of strategies that they can implement at their own organizations.
