By utilizing a multi-channel technique to thank first-time donors via email, phone, and mail, as well as to swiftly cultivate relationship to ask them to become monthly donors, Care Net has—over the last seven years—refined a technique that now retain 40% of new offline donors and 32% of new online donors, as well as to find new monthly donors and retain 97% of monthly sustainers.
Attendees will have the opportunity to see a real world example of the multi-channel new donor welcome stream that has earned third party praise, including timing and messaging.
While Care Net is a mid-sized non-profit, scalable alternatives more readily accessible to smaller non-profits that can help to make multi-channel rockstars out of even a small or beginner non-profit.
In this presentation, attendees will also be challenged to create or improve new systems for their own organizations.
