Bio: Toni Racco Benner, MS. Coach, speaker, instructor, and President of Racco and Associates, INC., Toni partners with organizations to significantly up their engagement, learning, teaming, coaching, leadership and productivity across supply chains. She does this by designing and deliver custom experiential training programs that spark, inspire, motivate and empower. Toni is a lead instructor for the Toyota kata and lean healthcare certificate programs with the University of Michigan Division of Nexus. She has coached for the Ohio State University MBOE program. Toni has 20+ years of experience in facilitation, training, team development and continuous improvement in manufacturing, product development, U.S. Military, and health care industries. Clients have shared that “Toni's approach is different than anything I've experienced, and I will be forever grateful for this opportunity. Toni co-authored and designed Lean and Growth Mindset. Lean and the Growth Mindset is a 15-week online strength-based Lean program based in OD principles. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Youngstown State University, a Master of Science in Engineering Management with a focus on Lean Enterprise Systems from Eastern Michigan University, and an Executive Supply Chain Management Certification from the University of Michigan. She is a graduate of Master of Science in Positive Organization Development & Change at Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University.
