Bio: Antonia Nwogbo is a HS/College mathematics educator and member of the NCTM and AERA. She has Master’s in Special Education/BS Statistics. Currently with Baltimore County Public
Schools/Community College, she’s pursuing a Doctorate in Mathematics Education at Morgan
State University.

Maximizing and improving student learning keeps her passionate and committed to her field of
work. She supports diverse students’ needs using research-based approaches to provide personalized learning opportunities with equity and flexibility.

Antonia sees herself advocating for students’ instructional needs through inspiring instructional
mathematical practices that are innovative among math teachers in schools and better
educational policies, equitable for ALL students.
