Bethany Simunich, Director of Research & Innovation, Quality Matters
Dr. Bethany Simunich has worked in higher ed for 20 years, focusing on online learning for a majority of that time. She has experience as both a F2F & online instructor & has created and managed processes & teams for online instructional design & faculty development for online teaching. As Director of Research and Innovation at QM, Bethany leads efforts to help faculty, IDs, & institutions collect data & design research to make data-driven decisions to further student learning.

Wendy Tietz, Professor, Kent State University
Wendy M. Tietz, PhD, CPA, CMA, CGMA, CSCA, is a professor in the Dept of Accounting in the College of Business Admin at Kent State University, where she teaches introductory financial accounting, introductory managerial accounting, & advanced managerial accounting.Dr. Tietz teaches in F2F, web, and hyflex formats & has won numerous teaching awards including the American Accounting Association/ Cook Prize for recognition of superior teaching in the discipline of accounting.
