In this presentation, we will share our students' experiences with online learning at our small, private, doctoral-level institution (FTE <1500) pre and post-implementation of a common LMS template using QM principles.

Russell Michalak, Director-Hirons Library, Archives, and Learning Center, Goldey-Beacom College
Russell Michalak, MLIS is the Director of the Library & Learning Center at Goldey-Beacom College. He oversees the annual budget, supervises librarians and paraprofessionals, manages the delivery of research, information, instructional services, the tutoring center, and archives. Before joining GBC, Russell worked in various roles at the Libraries of the Claremont Colleges and Duke University for the following departments Special Collections, archives, and digital collections.
