Barbra Burch, Manager of Research and Development, Quality Matters
Barbra Burch is currently Manager of Research and Development at Quality Matters and has been with the company since 2011. Prior to that, she was a Learning Assistance Center Coordinator at Guilford Technical Community College and adjunct instructor of English. She served as an Academic Advisor and Student Affairs Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Burch was also Editor at the Unviersity of Illinois at Chicago for four years.

Bethany Simunich, Director of Research & Innovation, Quality Matters
Dr. Bethany Simunich has worked in higher ed for 20 years, focusing on online learning for a majority of that time. She has experience as both a F2F & online instructor & has created and managed processes & teams for online instructional design & faculty development for online teaching. As Director of Research and Innovation at QM, Bethany leads efforts to help faculty, IDs, & institutions collect data & design research to make data-driven decisions to further student learning.
