Stumbling Made Me a Better Online Instructor: Case Study
A new online course and/or group of students can send an online instructor into a tailspin. If negative momentum continues to gain, the students lose out on a quality learning opportunity. This presentation provides 20 tools based on a case study.

Dr. Marianne Bickle is Professor and Director of Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies and Director of Online Learning, College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management, University of South Carolina – Columbia. Her research focuses online education. With more than twenty years of experience in online learning in Higher Education, her goal is to assist as persons as possible including veterans, military, and non-traditional learners earn an undergraduate degree.
