Join us for an interactive and hands-on workshop where participants learn how to collaboratively communicate in a fun and comical way and that can be immediately implemented at your institutions post QM Connect.

Penny Ralston-Berg, Senior Instructional Designer, Penn State World Campus
As a Senior Instructional Designer, Penny works with faculty to design and develop online programs. She also works on special projects related to quality standards, process improvements and faculty development. She has served as a chair of the QM-IDA, a member of the QM Academic Advisory Council and is also the QM Coordinator for Penn State.
 

Eddie Andreo, Associate Vice-President for Distance Learning, Cowley College
 
Eddie leads the Instructional Design processes and administers the online campus component of the College by facilitating technology-rich instruction and learning through collaborative curricular innovation. Eddie has over 15 years of Higher Education and is a Certified APPQMR Facilitator. In addition, Eddie is a Certified Peer and Master Reviewer and has served on numerous external Peer Reviews.
