Jillian Jevack, Instructional Design Manager, Quality Matters

Penny Ralston-Berg, Senior Instructional Designer, Penn State World Campus
As a Senior Instructional Designer, Penny works with faculty to design and develop online programs. She also works on special projects related to quality standards, process improvements and faculty development. She has served as a chair of the QM-IDA, a member of the QM Academic Advisory Council and is also the QM Coordinator for Penn State.

Steve Kaufman, Sr. Instructional Designer, The University of Akron
Steve is a Senior Instructional Designer and Strategic Initiatives Coordinator at the University of Akron. Currently, he serves as one of the Ohio Quality Matters Consortium’s State Leads and is proud to be one of Ohio’s Affordable Learning Ambassadors and trainer for the Open Textbook Network.

He specializes in working one-on-one with faculty members to help them create dynamic, well-designed, objective-focused courses.
