In an ideal world, all course design templates would be uniform and easy to implement, especially during a time of crises. Although we do not live in an ideal world, we are confident our interactive 20/20 Course Design ℞ is an antidote to improve our focus on a quality course design.

Illustrate how the 20/20 Course Design ℞ facilitates usability for learners, faculty, & reviewers.

Beatriz Flores-Martinez, eLearning & Instructional Design Specialist, Laredo College
Ms. Beatriz Flores-Martinez is an eLearning & Instructional Design Specialist at Laredo College with 2 years of experience in QM and 11 years in the field of Higher Education. She earned her Masters of Sciences is in Global eLearning from TAMU-C, where she completed her course work 100% online.

Ms. Flores-Martinez initiated her QM Professional Development since April 2018, and has accomplished the following: QMC, QM CRM, QM Peer Reviewer, & AFOC.

Elizabeth Rodriguez, eLearning & Instructional Innovation Center Director, Laredo College
Ms. Elizabeth C. Rodriguez is the Director of the eLearning and Instructional Innovation Center at Laredo College. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Education Technology from Regent University, and earned her M.A. in Educational Technology and B.A.T. degrees from the University of Texas at Brownsville.

Ms. Rodriguez leads her staff as a Certified Instructional Designer, Online Accessibility and various Quality Matter (QM) Certifications as a QMC, QMPeerReviewer, & QMMasterReviewer.
