JJ Johnson is the Senior Director of Eastern Online & Instructional Technology and Design at Eastern Washington University, near Spokane, WA. In addition to being a Quality Matters Master Reviewer, he is a Quality Matters Online Course Facilitator. He is also an adjunct assistant professor for Pierce College at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA, (on the western side of the state) teaching Computer Information Systems and Computer Network Engineer courses online.
