Promoting Quality Course Design using Master Course Shells
Description:
This session will present on how the University of Wisconsin -Superior embedded QM principles in all of the training provided as the campus migrated from D2L Brightspace to Canvas. This was done by discussing the pedagogy behind the QM principles and never actually stating QM Rubrics during the training but rather discussing UDL and student experience using a Master Course Template.

As a Quality Matters (QM) coordinator and peer reviewer, coaching faculty on developing quality student centered courses for online and hybrid teachings part of her daily work. Emphasizing QM principles in conversations without actually calling them out is a craft and work of art in course design.
