3:45 PM - 4:30 PM: Round #2 Concurrent Sessions
In this session, we will explore issues and strategies to help guide you through today's economic, societal and pandemic turmoil and focus on taking the steps necessary to ensure a sustainable future. While the scope and seriousness of recent months is unprecedented, there is much to be learned from past events that can help your organization plan for and achieve rapid recovery. We will discuss how previous recessions have impacted fundraising, what strategies can be deployed to overcome economic weakness, how to keep donors engaged and best practices for keeping a healthy work environment in the face of crisis.
