Sustainer acquisition and retention, two sides of the same coin. Flattening this curve can be done but only with more donor understanding that is "acquired" as part of the acquisition process. This can be done in F2F, online and TM. This donor understanding process can improve upfront conversion in addition to retention. Win-win. But, it requires a different mindset to open the door to different process. The mindset is simple but not easy - people don't support for the same reason, our key to keeping them is uncovering their way and playing it back to them.
