Everyone is focused - rightly so - on donor stewardship: reading out to donors to say "we love you" in an authentic way. But non profits often struggle with balancing messages to donors - making sure that solicitations are woven into the communications with donors without losing the ability to say "thank you." In this conversation, I'll go through a case study of how to get the balance right - and a few examples of where I think groups are getting it wrong so that as you prepare yourself - and your donors - for critical 3rd and 4th quarter fundraising efforts, your work sings!
