According to the National Center for Charitable Statistics (NCCS), there are over 1.5 million nonprofit organizations registered in the United States. With so many nonprofits, many of them trying to achieve the same goal, it can be challenging to gain visibility, build your community, and increase your donor base if your audience doesn't even know you exist.

This is the position that Concern Worldwide U.S. CEO, Colleen Kelly found herself facing when she took over the organization in 2017.
