Judy Haron is Acting AGC for the Children, Families and Aging Division (CFAD). She came to CFAD in 2013, and served as lead attorney for the Office of Refugee Resettlement, Office of Trafficking in Persons, the Administration for Native Americans; and the Administration for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AIDD). Prior to joining CFAD, Judy worked in the CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) Division of the Office of the General Counsel for more than a decade, serving as special assistant to the Associate General Counsel and then as a program attorney on Medicaid eligibility, Medicare hospital payment and electronic health record issues. Early experience includes clerking for the Court of Federal Claims, working in CMS’s Office of Legislation and practicing health law in a private law firm. She is a 1996 graduate of Harvard Law School and a 1991 graduate of Princeton University.
